Our standard rental period is 24 hours, with options to extend your rental during booking.

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Downtown Austin, including hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and private residences in Westlake, Lake Austin, and The Domain.

Not necessarily. If you're staying at a hotel, we can coordinate with the front desk or concierge. For Airbnbs and residences, we'll arrange the best delivery option with you before arrival.

You'll select a preferred delivery window during checkout. Your Boot Butler will text you when your order is on the way and confirm once it's been delivered.

Refer to the sizing guide within each product listing — sizes can vary between bootmakers. If you're between sizes or have questions, we're happy to recommend the best fit before your rental. When in doubt, stick with your typical shoe size, or size up by ½ and wear thick socks if the boots are slightly large.

Customer comfort is our priority. If your size isn't quite right, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to arrange a replacement, subject to inventory availability. An additional delivery fee may apply.

Every rental includes professionally cleaned boots, a protective dust bag, and concierge delivery and pickup. Depending on your package, hats and accessories may also be included.

Absolutely. Boots, hats, and complete western packages are all available to book individually or together.

Yes. Contact your Boot Butler before your delivery and we'll do our best to accommodate additional items based on availability.

Simply place your items back in the provided dust bag and leave them with your hotel concierge, front desk, or your agreed pickup location. We'll handle the rest — no cleaning or shipping required.

No. Normal cleaning is included with every rental. We simply ask that you return your items in reasonable condition.

Late returns may incur additional rental charges unless you've arranged an extension with us in advance. Just reach out — we're always happy to work with you.

Minor scuffs and everyday wear are completely expected — boots are meant to be worn and enjoyed, and the worn-in look adds to the aesthetic. We expect guests to wear their boots to concerts, honky-tonks, dinners, and all around Austin.

You'll be responsible for excessive damage, theft, or items that cannot be repaired. We offer an optional Damage Protection add-on during checkout for added peace of mind. Please refer to our full damage policy for details.

Your rental is charged in full at the time of booking to reserve your inventory.

Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
